Improving Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health Outcomes in Bangladesh

The overall objective of this activity is to improve adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH) outcomes in Bangladesh. The Evidence Project will contribute to ASRH-related behaviors and service use, especially for the underserved and emerging target populations (e.g., adolescents living in urban slums) in the areas of adolescent fertility, early marriage, family planning, nutrition, gender-based violence, and education.

The specific objectives are to: (1) synthesize existing evidence on ASRH to identify promising interventions; (2) identify the need for and conduct additional focused research to inform these identified interventions; and (3) coordinate and provide technical assistance for programmatic implementation of the identified interventions.
